CPCS Drop In Center - Godawari
Godawari - Het DIC (Drop In Center) is een rehabilitatie center voor jongens. Na de snelle verhuis van Dillibazar naar Godawari moesten er eerst nog serieuze werken uitgevoerd worden om het gebouw bewoonbaar en kindvriendelijk te maken. De medewerkers van het DIC en de CPCS Jongeren hebben fantastisch werk geleverd. Het DIC is een kortverblijf center waar kinderen kunnen rehabiliteren door middel van een socialiseringsproces. Tijdens hun verblijf wordt er door het reunificatie team gezocht naar een mogelijke terugkeer naar familie of dorpsgemeenschap. Indien dit niet kan wordt er naar alternatieve opvang gezocht. Het Center ligt temidden van een groene omgeving waar kinderen frisse lucht hebben en waar ze naar hartelust kunnen spelen. Na het barre straatleven in de stinkende stad kunnen de verwarde en vermoeide gedachten even tot rust komen in een serene omgeving.
