CPCS - Dillibazar ! Supported by Caritas, la fondation Vieujant and La chaine de l'espoir. We are improving the programs, ensuring better care and appropriate tuitions/classes/care ! The 104 help Line (Police and CCWB) are referring more and more children due to the earthquake ! Puran And Surya Prakash Sir are now directing the program for the best interest of the children !!!

Quelques jours de paix, de socialisation, d'échange.... L'équipe "réduction des risques" vient d'organiser 3 jours d'activités spéciales pour les enfants en situation de rues de Katmandou... CPCS a fait et fera encore beaucoup pour les victimes du tremblement de terre, mais nous n'oublions pas ces enfants que CPCS sert depuis sa fondation... Bien sur les conséquences du tremblement de terre pousseront tant et tant de nouvelles vies vers l'errance... Nous serons là et prêt ! Merci aux superbes équipes de terrain... merci à nos partenaires sur la réduction des risques, les amis de Soeur Emmanuelle, la fondation Vieujant, etc. pour leur soutien sans faille !

Street-Based children... are human beings like everyone else... Unfortunately in Nepal, as in many other countries, they are far from enjoying even basic human and child rights...

Des nouvelles du Népal... De Dolakha et d'ailleurs .... La mousson a démarré et avec elle, son lot de problèmes, de dangers et de nouvelles difficultés pour tout ceux et celles qui n'ont plus rien... Sous le toit du ciel, des centaines de milliers de Népalais... affrontent la situation avec coeur et espérance... Ce peuple est merveilleux... mais il a besoin de soutien, d'appui... Maintenant, Ici... Trêves de grands discours, de grandes collectes de fonds qui seront dégagés dans x mois ou années... après x dizaines de réunions et des grandes expertises... ! Action ! Ici et maintenant ! Action ne veut pas dire précipitation ! Ni mépris pour les connaissances locales ! Nombreuses sont les associations et ONG's a intervenir directement, réellement sur place ! CPCS en fait partie... et nous en sommes fiers...

Distribution of "Dignity Kits" to mothers and other ladies at Pharping, Kirtipur and Chalnakhel... Additionnal awareness sessions were also organised !

Our CLASS Project Team (CPCS Local Action Support and Services) visits Pharping and Chalnakhel in Katmandu valley to assess further needs for the children and their schools. Most of the school buildings have been totally or partially destroyed by the earthquake.

Night Field - CPCS started night field visits 5 years ago. They are operated six days a week from 7.30 pm to 11.00 pm, led by a team made up of a health assistant, a senior social worker and a driver with ambulance. They go to the different areas of Kathmandu where street children hang out at night.
